The objects reflect the contradictions of life in a neoliberal society where every structural issue is framed as a solvable glitch and every crisis met with the promise of innovation, optimisation, or personal responsibility.
The mirror becomes both surface and metaphor, a tool of self-reflection and a symbol of the individualisation of systemic struggles. Problems are abundant, but so too are the marketable “solutions” — wellness trends, productivity hacks, tech fixes — all offered within the same ideological framework that created the issues in the first place.
